Nutella Ice-cream Shake:
Serves 2:
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Nutella
200 ml Milk
3 scoops Ice cream
2 tablespoons Sugar
For Frilling Chocolate syrup
Ice cubes (as required)
2 Chocolate Wafers
2 Straws

Method:
1) Add 200 ml of milk into the blending jug
2) Add 4 tablespoons of Nutella and blend for few seconds
3) Add sugar according to your requirement (You can omit it if you don’t want it to be too sweet)
4) Add ice cream and ice cubes
5) Blend until smooth

For Frilling:
1) Drizzle the chocolate syrup in a zigzag design in each glass and freeze until needed

To Serve:
1) Pour the milkshake into each glass
2) Take one scoop of ice cream and add it on top of the milkshake in to the glass
3) Add chocolate wafers to side

4) Top it with chocolate scrapings or chocolate chips OR drizzle some chocolate syrup onto ice cream!

Frothy coffee:       
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 tablespoons coffee
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup water  

Method:
For coffee:
1)Heat 1 cup of water in kettle
2)Add coffee and sugar
3)Keep stirring till everything dissolves
Please note that coffee should NOT come to boil

For Frothing Milk:
1)You’ll need a coffee plunger/French press for this process
2)Pour the milk into the jar but not more than half way so there’s still some room to make some foam
3)Shake the jars plunger for 1 to 2 minutes or until you think the milk has doubled

To Serve:
1)Fill the cups till half with coffee that has been prepared
2)Now pour the frothy milk on top till the cup gets full
3)Do not stir
4)Sprinkle crushed coffee on top for presentation
You can use cocoa powder or cinnamon powder too!

ROSY LEMONADE:

Serves: 2

Ingredients
2 Lemons
1 Teaspoon Rose Essence
4 Tablespoons Sugar
A pinch of rock salt/black salt
500 ml Water
Crushed Ice
Sugar & yellow food color for rimming (optional)

Method:
1)      Make sugar syrup by adding sugar to water
2)      Squeeze lemon in to a jug
3)      Add rose essence and pinch of rock salt to the mixture
4)      Mix / Blitz it all together with crushed ice

For Rimming:
1)      Combine food color and sugar into a flat tray
2)      Moisten the rim / edges of the glass with remaining lemon wedges
3)      Evenly dip the rim / edges of the glass in the sugar/food color mixture

To Serve:
1)Now pour the drink into the glass carefully
2)  Garnish with Lemon wedge.
