Frothy coffee:
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2
tablespoons coffee
2
tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Method:
For coffee:
1)Heat 1 cup
of water in kettle
2)Add coffee
and sugar
3)Keep stirring
till everything dissolves
Please note
that coffee should NOT come to boil
For Frothing Milk:
1)You’ll need
a coffee plunger/French press for this process
2)Pour the
milk into the jar but not more than half way so there’s still some room to make
some foam
3)Shake the
jars plunger for 1 to 2 minutes or until you think the milk has doubled
To Serve:
1)Fill the
cups till half with coffee that has been prepared
2)Now pour the
frothy milk on top till the cup gets full
3)Do not stir
4)Sprinkle crushed
coffee on top for presentation
You can use
cocoa powder or cinnamon powder too!
