Pineapple Mojito:
Ingredients:
Half tin Pineapple (cubed)
Few mint leaves
2 glasses soda water
1 table spoon sugar
Crushed Ice
2 Lime

Method:
1)Muddle mint and lime in mortar & pestle to bruise the mint leaves and release the lime juice
2)Blend the cubed pineapple with some sugar and ice
3)Pour the pineapple mixture in the glasses with the muddled mixture
4)Now add the soda water and stir.

To Serve:
1)Cut the pineapple into cubes, garnish with cubes and mint leaves!
